New Jersey laws require all vehicles to meet and exceed the emission standards. To make sure vehicles are in compliance, there is specific testing performed by evaluating the On Board Diagnostic (OBD) computer to any vehicle manufacturer after 1996. This test checks the computers that are integrated into your vehicle and lets it read if there are any underlying problems. All vehicles manufactured prior to 1996 will be required to take a test on a machine called a dynameter. If any vehicles fail, it must be repaired to be allowed to operate on the road. Our facility is fully equipped to handle all vehicle inspections and perform any necessary repairs that may arise from the results of the emission testing.
