Performing a tune up to your vehicle usually increases the power output in your engine. Regular driving conditions wears out the performance of your vehicle. You will notice that the vehicle is becoming less responsive and that it takes a little more effort for your vehicle to accelerate. By performing a tune up, it will give your engine the “boost” it needs to begin performing like it did when you first brought it home.
What does a tune up consist of?
When a tune up is performed, a certified technician will check the spark plugs, the wires, fuel filter, and the air filter. They will replace each to the manufacturers specifications. They will also inspect other mechanical features at the same time to assure that the engine is performing at peak performance.
